After metal spinning or deep drawing, most parts are not yet finished.
Do you need holes for screws, cable bushings, ventilation grilles, press-in nuts or press-in threaded bolts?
Do you need bolts or threads for locking, bayonet locking or for mounting a clamp?
Do several parts have to be connected together?
Are any recesses, stiffeners, ribs or embossings necessary?
Do you have special surface requirements? Do they have to be bright and scratch-free, ground, coated or anodized?
Do the edges have to be trimmed or deburred?
Are mechanical finishing operations required by turning grooves and facets, milling pockets or drilling holes?
If one of these questions applies, we can solve many problems for you with our wide range of finishing operations.

 

 

Our possibilities in detail:

Punching
We use punching to cut holes, rectangles or oblong holes in the component. Depending on the number of pieces, each hole is punched individually or all recesses are punched out in one stroke using a total cut.

Embossing
With embossing, we can engrave your logo, numbering or inscription on the component as a recess.

Pressing
Pressing can be used to produce simple ribs or recesses for stiffening the component. We can also mount press-in bolts and press-in threaded nuts.

Turning, milling, drilling
Mechanical machining is used in special situations, e.g. when locally different wall thicknesses are required.

Crimping, border crimping, beading
With beading, flanging, round parts can be provided with stiffeners or heels. If the final edge has to be stiff and round, we beaded the material into a closed ring.

Cutting off, cutting out
During forming, the material does not flow equally in every direction. This leads to uneven edges. These are turned straight again by cutting/cutting out.

Deburring, burrs
We deburr round parts with a stylus which is guided by hand. This is a very special technique used by the metal pusher.

Laser cutting, 3D laser cutting

ith partner companies, we can also offer you flat, laser-cut parts or 3D laser-cut parts.

Grinding
Grinding provides the surfaces of luminaires or parts for the food industry with an even, fine surface.

Stud welding
By welding on bolts (with or without thread) we extend the application possibilities of formed parts.

Spot welding
Spot welding allows us to permanently join several sheet metal parts together so that they can no longer be separated.

Cutting sheet metal, round blanks or rings to size
With our guillotine shears and circular shears we can cut rectangular or round sheets for you at any time. With a 2nd cut on the circular shears a sheet metal ring is cut from a roundelle.

Assembly of sheet metal assemblies
On request, we can also offer you simpler assembly and packaging work.

Toolmaking
Tools and moulds are required for metal spinning and deep drawing. These are produced in our own tool shop. Moulds made of wood are turned or turned by the metal pusher. Steel moulds are produced by the usual mechanical processes such as turning, milling and drilling. If necessary, the forming tools are hardened by an external partner.
